Fr. Trichosanthis Gua Lou 2-24g Expels Phlegm, clears Heat and disperses clumps of Phlegm in the chest.
Bul. Allii Xie Bai 4.5-12g Moves Qi, warms and unblocks Yang, disperses Cold Phlegm and alleviates pain.
With Gua Lou, for chest Bi with profuse Phlegm.
White Wine Bai Jiu 30-1,400ml Enhances the action of Xie Bai, by encouraging the flow of Yang.
(Vinegar)     (May substitute for White Wine.)

  • Pain in the chest which often radiates to the upper back
  • Pain may radiate to upper shoulders, neck and epigastrium

  • Spitting saliva
  • Wheezing cough with copious sputum

  • Contraindicated for those with an allergy to alcohol.
  • Contraindicated for those with chest pain due to Lung consumption.
