Rz. Curculiginis Xian Mao 6-15g Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang, expels Cold, eliminates Dampness and strengthens bones and sinews.
 With Yin Yang Huo, accentuates the effects of the herb.
Hb. Epimedii Yin Yang Huo 9-15g Tonifies Kidneys, strengthens Yang, dispels Wind-Cold-Damp, tonifies Yin and Yang, restrains Ascendant Liver Yang and strengthens sinews and bones.
Rx. Morindae Ba Ji Tian 6-9g Tonifies the Kidneys,strengthens Yang, strengthens sinews and bones, disperses Wind and expels Damp-Cold.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 6-12g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes Blood, regulates menses, disperses Cold, moistens Intestine, unblocks bowels, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
Cx. Phellodendri Huang Bai 4-9g Drains Damp-Heat, especially from the Lower Jiao, drains Kidney Fire, drains Fire and relieves toxicity.
With Zhi Mu, for Yin Deficiency fever with steaming bones and night sweats.
Rz. Anemarrhenae Zhi Mu 4-9g Clears Heat from the Qi Stage, clears Heat from the Lung and Stomach, drains Fire, nourishes Yin, moistens Dryness, generates fluids and clears Heat.
