Treatment Principle
Herb Formulas	With hematemesis: San Huang Xie Xin Tang Topical: Powder 15g Sm. Sinapis Alba Bai Jie Zi and 6g Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao and mix together in a mashed paste of 15g Bul. Allii Sativi Da Suan. Add an appropriate amount of vinegar and spread on a cotton pad. Apply over the spine from the upper back to the lumbar vertebrae on a 1 inch wide strip. Leave in place for 1 - 2 hours until the skin feels a burning hot sensation. Apply once a day for seven days. Place the juice from 30-35g Bul. Allii Sativi Da Suan in an atomizer or humidifier. Inhale the resulting steam or mist for 30-60 minutes each time. Do twice a day for three months.
