Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-6g Tonifies Invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, regulates the menses, disperses Cold and stops pain due to Blood Stasis.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood and treats Blood Deficiency Heat.
With Bai Shao, Chuan Xiong and Shu Di Huang , for menstrual irregularity, amenorrhea, and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Blood Stasis.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
With Gan Cao, moderates spasms and relieves abdominal pain.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis and treats abdominal pain.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3-6g Invigorates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi, expels Wind and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis and eliminates Wind-Damp Invasion blocking the Blood vessels causing pain, numbness, and paralysis.
With Dang Gui, Sheng Di Huang and Bai Shao, for headache due to Blood Deficiency.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 3-6g Nourishes Blood, regulates menstruation, calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind, softens the Liver and relieves pain.
With Dang Gui and Shu Di Huang, for dizziness, blurred vision, and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Stasis.
With Gan Cao, regulates the relationship between the Liver and Spleen and nourishes the sinews for abdominal pain due to disharmony between the Liver and Stomach, epigastric, hypochondriac or flank pain and muscle spasms, pain and numbness, especially in the calf, due to Blood Deficiency.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 3-6g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin, generates fluids, increases saliva, and cools Heart Fire.
With Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency Heat.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 3-6g Nourishes the Blood, nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin, and nourishes Jing and Blood and fills the Marrow.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
with Dang Gui and Huang Lian, for Blood Deficiency with Heat leading to irregular menstruation and infertility.
with Dang Gui, Bai Shao and Chuan Xiong, for anemia.

Rx. Platycodi Jie Geng 1.5-3g Opens the Lungs, spreads Lung Qi, expels Phlegm and benefits the throat.
Fr. Gardeniae Zhi Zi 1.5-3g Clears Heat, reduces Fire, drains Damp-Heat and eliminates irritability.
Rz. Coptidis Huang Lian 1.5-3g Clears Heat, drains Dampness, drains Fire and resolves Fire toxicity.
With Sheng Di Huang, for insomnia and delirium due to unremitting Heat injuring the Ying level.
Rx. Angelicae Dahuricae Bai Zhi 1.5-3g Expels Wind, eliminates Dampness, unblocks the nasal passages, dispels Cold and alleviates pain.
With Chuan Xiong, for headache.
Fr. Viticis Man Jing Zi 1.5-3g Disperses Wind, clears Heat, dispels Wind-Heat in the Liver channel, clears and benefits the head and eyes, drains Dampness and relieves pain.
With Bai Shao, soothes the Liver.
Flos Chrysanthemi Ju Hua 1.5-3g Disperses Wind, clears Heat, calms the Liver and clears the eyes.
With Chuan Xiong, for headache due to Wind-Heat or Liver Yang Rising.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 1.5-3g Clears Heat, relieves Fire toxicity and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
